Ingredients
1 or 2 jalapeños (depending on how spicy you want the aji to be)
½ bunch of cilantro (no stems)
½ white onion
2 garlic cloves
¼ cup of lime juice (~ the juice of 3 limes)
salt & pepper
Prep
Combine all ingredients in blender and liquify.
Add salt and pepper to taste (I add about 1 tablespoon of salt and ½ teaspoon of pepper.) Also, you can add a little water if its too thick.
Store in air-tight container; lasts up to 3 days in refrigerator.
