3 large white potatoes
1 large chicken breast or 3 chicken thighs
1 large carrot
1 cup of peas
1 cup of picked onions
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of yellow mustard
1. Boil the chicken in water with two teaspoons of salt. Let cool then chop into cubes or shred.
2. Peel, & chop all vegetables into small cubes and boil in salted water until fork tender. Strain & let cool.
3. In a deep bowl, combine the mayo, picked onions, pepper and mix. Add the chicken + vegetables and combine with mayo mixture.
4. Let sit in fridge for a few hours before serving.
